  We came into town and almost didn't eat here. Traveling with me was my elderly grandma and my 6 year old. I called and a man answered the phone, reassured me they could help my Grandma on the freight elevator. There's a lot of large stairs, almost everything in the island has them, and no elevators.
  
  Once we got there we were greeted by super helpful people. They kinda just explained how it worked. (Bar service only) We sat ourselves outside and I ordered. Now being my first time here I didn't really realize it was more of a "bar type" place. So it wouldn't have been my first pick, normally with the company I had in tow lol! I was so wrong though! BTW the other guest weren't very rowdy, it was super laid back.
  
  We had the best service from some of the sweetest people on the island! The food was excellent, I mean the shrimp and crab legs were so fresh. They ran out of crab legs, and didn't have enough for a full pound and insisted on giving me a refund. Not to mention the view on the upstairs deck. Looking out to the ocean, while we eat made it so nice. Now is it a 5 star restaurant? No. Is it, dare I say a dive bar, basically, yes. It's also one I'll be going back too, based on how kind they were to my elderly Grandma, the great service, view and food. Not to mention good prices and good people. They are doing an excellent job on customer service at this place people!

  Two words: Bands & Beer.
  
  The view and ocean breeze out back doesn't hurt either!
  
  Here's your game plan if you're out in IOP:
  
  Have dinner at a no-frills place on the island and head here for the Live Music (heads up-sometimes there is a cover charge so call ahead/check website) and cheap beer.

  I had to make a stop at my favorite bar on the Isle of Palms. Tonight one of my favorite bands was playing. Score!  I ordered a jammer juice, duh. It was a beautiful night, the rain has subsided, the wind sucked all the humidity out and my girlfriend was dancing the night away. Another sex on the beach... beverage of course.

  It hard to beat an outdoor concert on the beach, great music, great view, good drinks, beautiful sunset you really can't ask for more.

  GROSS. GROSS. AND MORE GROSS. I should've realized as we opened the insanely  dirty outside door. Then we walked in and the 4 people in the dank, dark, stale smoke bar stared at us. Including the bartender- with no hello or smile. We walked out to patio and ICK when going to open the glass doors. You can't even see through them they are so grimy. GROSS. And the patio isn't better.
  If you're 18-22 you may like this place- but only after dark and lots of booze. Just so gross.
